Introducing HYPLAN, our bespoke online hydraulic maintenance platform, designed to give you real-time insights into every aspect of your hydraulic systems.
How does it work?
We’ll set up your company's individual online portal – allowing you to access all your information in one place – every unit, of every production line, of every site.
We’ll get you set up, implementing all the data we will need to automate your hydraulic servicing – every hose, filter, pump and accumulator, as well data required to monitor your oil cleanliness levels.
We can even add relevant documentation such as schematics, pressure and flushing certificates etc.
We’ll complete your servicing as normal, updating the information on HYPLAN as we go – giving you access to the most up to date service reports and a full-service history.
Use HYPLAN to help keep on top of your servicing. From pump efficiency tests to oil sampling – if there is an inspection due, HYPLAN will let you know, sending automatic emails (and regular reminders) to the relevant personnel to let you know when action is required.
Where necessary, our technicians will make personalised recommendation to improve the efficiency and reliability of your system, which will show up on your dashboard. We’ll even rate them in terms of severity – making it easy to know what needs to be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
With HYPLAN storing all the data from your service history, you will be able to easily track the performance for your systems. Whatever you want to monitor, from oil cleanliness to pump efficiency, there’s a graph for that. Trending will allow us to notice changes in the performance of your systems, allowing us to pre-empt potential issues and respond accordingly.
